I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree that the Rosenau Family Research Foundation, its employees, or agents have the irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free right to take photographs, videotape, or digital recordings of me, my child(ren), or family, (the “Recordings”) and to use the Recordings in any and all media, now or hereafter known, and for any and all purposes, including the purpose of education and research. I further consent that my name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

I do hereby release to Rosenau Family Research Foundation, its agents, and employees all rights to exhibit the Recordings, and any derivatives thereof, in print and electronic form publicly or privately.

I acknowledge that since my participation in publications, websites, Facebook, and other media produced by Rosenau Family Research Foundation is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Recordings, and any other media that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the Recordings.

I also understand that Rosenau Family Research Foundation is not responsible for any expense or liability incurred as a result of my participation in the Recordings, including medical expenses due to any sickness or injury incurred as a result.

I represent that I am at least 18 years of age, have read and understand the foregoing statement, and am competent to agree to the terms and execute this release.
